Training Requirements

Dynaplas will provide training for its employees regarding the IASR and the Ontario Human Rights Code as they pertain to individuals with disabilities. Training will also be provided to individuals who are responsible for developing Dynaplas’ policies, and all other persons who provide goods, services or facilities on behalf of Dynaplas.

Training will be provided as soon as is reasonably practicable. Training will be provided on an ongoing basis to new employees and as changes to Dynaplas’ accessibility policies occur.

B. Feedback Process

If you have any questions or concerns about this policy or its related procedures please contact the HR Manager. Dynaplas will ensure that all feedback processes are made accessible to clients/customers or employees, upon request. The employee making the request will assist in determining the best way to provide the information or support.

Performance management and career development processes will take into account the accessibility needs of its employees with disabilities.

Where employee needs dictate Dynaplas will provide individualized workplace emergency response information to employees who have a disability.
