CMM Operator -(Contract ) Aft. shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dimensional inspection of parts on CMM and prepare reports
- Program LK CMM to measure parts
- Perform capability analysis and prepare SPC reports
- Maintain accurate records of measurement
- Prepare control plans and in-process inspection formats
- Other related duties as assigned from time to time
Skills and Knowledge:
- Blueprint reading (including GD&T)
- PC DMIS
- Common moulding part defects
- SPC as it applies to process control
- Guage R&R studies and equipment calibration
- Good command of the English language (written and oral)
- Mathematical aptitude/skills
