Dynaplas Ltd is a leading high-precision injection moulder of complex, plastic components manufactured using highly-engineered, specialty resins. The Company designs, engineers, tests and manufactures technologically advanced vehicle components sold primarily to global Tier I automotive suppliers.
The Company was founded in 1985 by Edward Beth and Santiago Perez, who recognized a void in the market for an integrated, high precision plastic injection moulder that could provide state-of-the-art design/engineering, tooling and injection moulding. In 2003, CAI Capital Management Co., a private equity firm, together with certain executives of the Company, acquired the shares of Dynaplas from the Beth Family Trust.
Dynaplas is an ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified company with a class 10,000 clean room facility.
